Nina, otanjoubi omedetou

Birthday’s come but once a year

The times for parties, gifts, and cheer

Where dainty smiles adorn all faces

And cards each saying little graces

Everyone present here will pledge

To this wholly pleasant privilege

In sign of gratitude to our host

We all would like, to dedicate this toast!!

“That joy and happiness may always rest

Upon the celebrated personage!!

That hopes and dreams not yet come true

Might be given once more a chance anew!!”

“That blessings and health

may be ones constant companion,

Fulfillment and Love also

to follow in due fashion!!”

We clap and hurray!! All’s pleasant this night

To be here in our hosts company, as the star lit night-

Shines, on the excited guests here to witness this celebration

Of something much more than a mere graduation

Even the trees, they all as one rejoice

As the wind blows through, changing its course

The moon even seems to take a liking

As its smile beams a soft, yellow lighting

But nothing radiates brighter

than the smile on the face

of the one who is most happy

where all beauty is encased

We all hope this day lives

On through another year

“This day once more a commemoration”

We shout and clink our beers

And if God sees our blessed company

Let Him too, be well pleased-

As all of us, and heaven all

For He knows and foresees

The special purpose of the one

He made by His own hand

A little sparkling diamond of dust

That one day will be grand

It matters not the accomplishments

That may or may not come about

Only of the love-filled, kind-hearted things

Will we promise to tell of and shout.

Today is near gone, it’s as good as past

Tomorrow is what counts, do things that will last

It may not make headlines on through history

But it will live on more firmly in our memories

The final words to proclaim before dawn

Are, “we’ll never forget you even if you’re gone”,

“You’ve already left you’re mark on this world,

The ones in our hearts, you’re special, Girl!!”

I have a question to ask.....

To: all parties involved
From: 1 half, share holder of this blog
About: A certain adjustment

ahem.....(clears throat a little, due to a little cold)
Dear blog reader,
It is rare that we get to see a post here where the main purpose is to convey something through words, rather than the usual, through pictures.

I was thinking a few days ago and I had a thot to come check to see how this dear blog is doing. Well, I must say I didn't like what I saw. Although it still looks as articulate as when it was started, the whole life of it is drained. Not only have I not been faithful with my goal, which is a sad shame, both for me and for you; but even some of the pictures have started to look er...lifeless.

This little incident played in my mind for a few days and it wouldn't leave. It bugged me so much that it made me have to take the whole blog into consideration. The first thing I came up with was that I should probably quit it, but another side of me didn't want to let it to waste. Then I got this idea which is now also something I'm asking you to take into consideration. "What if instead of the not too consistent hand produced pictures, we might consider having an addition of digitalized pictures as well??" Now just think.

It may bring a little life to this place and it may even inspire again the other form of art to revive.

That is my request....and I'm hoping to get an answer from someone...but if not........my own Libra brain will have to do all the decision making, and that isn't a very easy task.

I salute you now.
